Moving locations! At Wild Hearts Wellness December 1, 2025

After a little over four years of being lovingly housed at Common Ground Wellness Cooperative, I’ll be transitioning to a new clinic location. My last month at CGWC will be this November, with my final day in practice there on November 25, 2025.

Beginning December 1, 2025, my practice will be located at Wild Hearts Wellness, 4230 NE Fremont St, Portland, Oregon 97213. The new clinic is just five to six minutes from CGWC, so I hope this move will create minimal disruption to your care.

There are many reasons behind this change, but two stand out most clearly:

  1. I wanted to move to a location that doesn’t rely on the Mindbody app for scheduling and booking, as it had become a frustrating experience for both myself and many patients.

  2. I wanted the flexibility to offer group classes, workshops, and free community clinic days in the same location as my regular practice.

Wild Hearts Wellness provides a beautiful yoga and movement studio that makes this next chapter possible!

Ways to book online for the new location- available now

To address the challenges of the Mindbody app, I’ll now be using the Jane app for scheduling and booking. You may remember this platform if you saw me before my full transition to Common Ground. The direct booking link is: https://drkirbyteuilagrey.janeapp.com.

In my experience, Jane has been consistently reliable, and patients have rarely—if ever—reported issues. My website has also been updated to direct you straight to the booking page. My website is https://www.kirbyteuilagrey.com/

As always, you’re welcome to email or text me if you don’t see an appointment time that works for you, run into any issues, or need what I affectionately call an “emergency, hidden” appointment. Many of you already take advantage of this, and I encourage others to do the same—especially when dealing with acute pain or mental distress. Acupuncture and the style of bodywork I practice can often bring noticeable relief within hours.

While I’m deeply grateful to be in such demand that appointments sometimes book out 2–3 weeks in advance, it’s important to me to preserve space for this kind of immediate, “battlefield medicine” care that I was trained in and am so passionate about. My goal is to always keep 1–3 appointment slots available for these situations.

To book at Common Ground, please continue using the CGWC website or call either the front desk or myself directly until November 26.

You can begin booking December appointments and beyond through the new Jane link anytime: https://drkirbyteuilagrey.janeapp.com.

New and new-ish booking options and offerings (TRE)

With the new booking system, I’m now able to expand my offerings and provide the following session options:

New Patients:
• 85 minute sessions
• 55 minute sessions

Returning Patients:
• 85 minute sessions
• 70 minute sessions
• 55 minute sessions

Beginning in January 2026, I’ll also be offering TRE (Tension, Trauma, and Stress Release Exercises) in private sessions, small groups, and workshops.

You might be wondering what TRE is. It’s a simple yet powerful series of movements and stretches that help the body release stored tension through natural shaking or tremoring. Though deceptively gentle, the results can be profound.

I completed my TRE certification in September and am excited to begin sharing this work more widely. Stay tuned for online booking options and workshop sign ups soon. The practice of TRE has been deeply beneficial for both myself and many of the patients I’ve guided through it. If you’d like to be notified when these sessions become available, please let me know and I’ll add you to the update list.

Remote sessions now available for online booking

Since 2022, remote sessions have not been available for online booking, and scheduling through me directly has sometimes been challenging, which made remote patient care more difficult than I’d like. I’m happy to share that online booking is now open for the following remote offerings:

Integrative Distance Healing / Health Coaching Sessions
Indigenous Spirit Channeling Sessions

Appointments are available in both 60-minute and 30-minute formats.

Seattle Pop-ups are back on

After a three-month break, Seattle acupuncture pop-ups are back and will now take place every four to six weeks. November’s pop-up is already fully booked, and the next one is tentatively scheduled for the weekend of December 5–7, 2025.

As long as the need is there, I’ll continue doing my very best to stay accessible to you all. I’m deeply honored to be trusted with your care. Seattle is where I started, and maintaining a meaningful connection with the community that supported me for so many years means the world to me.

As always, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.  Stay warm, stay connected, and I hope you have a cozy season!

Peace,

Dr. Kirby
